ClearPoint Strategy was thrilled to be back at the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA) Annual Conference as a proud Solution Session Sponsor and Exhibitor! As always, FCCMA delivered a dynamic and inspiring few days filled with meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and great energy from local government leaders across the Sunshine State.

This year, you could find our team at Booth 222—our home base for all things strategy (and a few rounds of raffle excitement!). It was wonderful to catch up with so many members of the #ClearPointCommunity and meet new leaders passionate about driving impact through strategic planning and performance management. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect, ask questions, or enter our raffle for a ClearPoint SWAG Bag—a crowd favorite!

Spotlight on Strategy: “Strategic Planning Reimagined”

One of the highlights of the conference was our featured session, Strategic Planning Reimagined, led by our Co-Founder Ted Jackson. We were honored to welcome two exceptional local government leaders to the stage:

1. ‍Abismael Abreu, Strategic Initiatives Administrator, City of St. Cloud‍
2. Nicole Delfino, Strategy & Sustainability Manager, City of Dunedin

Both shared candid, actionable insights into how their cities are making strategic planning more meaningful, data-driven, and collaborative. We were especially excited to hear not only from our panelists but also from the City Managers of St. Cloud and Dunedin, who offered their perspectives and support during the session—a real testament to the leadership commitment behind successful strategy execution.

The session room was buzzing with interest—I counted 75 attendees!—and the engagement was fantastic. We incorporated live polling, a self-assessment takeaway, and opened the floor for Q&A throughout the session. Audience members posed thoughtful questions after each section, sparking real-time dialogue on challenges and innovations in local government strategy.

And yes, our raffle winners were announced live at the end. We loved seeing the excitement—and we hope the winners are enjoying their SWAG!
